Bad driver
The driver I just curse me out because I told him to slow down. He was driving 65 miles down a residential and he was on the phone the whole time.

Scheduling a cab
Overall the service is great, you guys just have to work on your timing. When I schedule a cab to pick me up a 6:30 the drivers will come at 6:19 or 20 and I feel like they are rushing me when they shouldn’t, then when I order a cab at the same time that I’m ready it takes them at least 20 minutes for the app to find me a cab when on the map it shows several cabs are by me.

The app the only way to cancel that ride is to call their switchboard and do it over the phone which can be somewhat to use and annoying, especially when you’re trying to maneuver a number of bags, kids, and do in a short period of time. You might as well just skip the app and call for the car. But this doesn’t happen too often. LOVE how you have a cash payment option still too…big plus over the other more popular car service apps…

The cab drivers never go to the location where you are, you always have to look for them cause they say their at the location when their really 3 blocks away. It takes forever to find a car as well. I don’t recommend this app at all

THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND GET NO RIDE
Literally owe me for 4 different rides . I was told I’d be refunded and now given a run around not to mention they keep trying to charge my card. Stick to prestige if you want a local cab . Beyond unprofessional! Literally left me stranded with my kids after charging me for my ride .
