What is the purpose of the app?
While the app can provide train timetable and the somewhat confusing train station information, there is little utility of the app for travellers.
The online ticket purchasing function is only available on the desktop (!?!) and it also has the WORST user interface design, not at all convenience to select and purchase ticket. User needs to clicks through many pages to select both outbound and inbound trains and lack of simple instruction (ie The order to family name or first name matters when verifying travel document and it turns out name is NOT entered according to what is on travel document)... given the price of the train ticket, why won’t the company invest into an app that support traveler experience ?

Zero star if I can give
Why make an app if you can't buy ticket on the iPhone? Not only can't buy through the app. the website can only support desktop computers! Can't use the website on phone! even worse, the desktop web site doesn't support Safari!!
