Clean and Easy
This app has improved significantly from initial launch (which was expected). The developers continue to make modifications to improve it and listen to customer feedback. I appreciate the simplicity in the user interface, and the easy connectivity to the device itself.
Excellent machine & Service
Have had the unit and app for over a year and it’s been an excellent machine all around. The ability to import recipe presets from world champion baristas is one of the best and most fun features of this company and their app. Only until recently have I encountered any sort of issue with the machine and the latest update but the customer service was so on top of the whole situation from start to finish which took maybe a week in total. Seriously impressed with how fast everything was resolved and am very much looking forward to the latest update with all the expanded control options and the catalogue of brew recipes in one location.

Terrible terrible terrible
I am 100 percentage sure this is a failure project. No app settings explaining, no guidance. When I try to figure out what is the meaning of flow(lv), no where to find the answer! I paid 400 for this toy, now I prefer go to Acadia lunar and a fellow.

オリジナルレシピで面白いほど味の変化が楽しめています。 しかし、2点ほど不便な点があります。 ①レシピの編集ができない 他の方も書いていますが、1度作ったレシピの編集ができず、ちょっと微調整したくてもイチから作り直す必要があります。美味しいオリジナルレシピを探究しようにも、毎度毎度レシピを起こすのが非常に面倒です。 編集できるようになってくれたら嬉しいです。 ②お湯を注いでいる時間がカウントされない レシピは何回目の投入で何ml注ぐのか、そして次の投入まで何秒待つのかセットできます。しかし、この「次の投入までの時間」に機械がお湯を注いでいる時間は含まれないため、10~15秒ほど余分に時間がかかります。そこを考慮してレシピを組む必要があるため、ハンドドリップの時のように、抽出開始から何秒後に何mL注ぐといった管理の仕方は現状難しいです。 待機時間管理にお湯を注いでいる時間も含むか、抽出開始からの時間経過でレシピを管理できるようになったら嬉しいです。 例）抽出開始30秒後に2投目60mlを注ぎたいとします。そこで、レシピの最初（1投目40ml）の待機時間を30秒に設定したとします。すると、1投目のお湯を注ぐのに10~15秒ほどかかり、更に30秒の待機時間を経て、抽出開始45秒くらいになってから2投目が注がれます。 このようにして、待機時間で計算していると完成までにどんどんずれ、1分以上多く抽出に要することがあります。

創建好的配方不能確認參數也無法重新編輯，導致細微的調整變得非常困難且耗時。請盡快更新，不然真的非常難使用！

There are still a few quirks given this is new tech for the coffee industry. But this company does an incredible job rolling out updates and responding to customers.

It is very inconvenient once I create my recipe but then I can’t delete nor modify it.
