Garbage for iOS
Would connect, but failed to go past the number based security approval.
Tried for hours.
Used a friends android. Connected immediately using the identical process.

Useless
App is dreadful, requires constant re-logging in, doesn’t appear landscape so you have to turn device round EVERY time you use it, functionality is poor. I cannot believe that after all the work Hikmirco do to advance all there products they’ve got such a useless App, it brings into question how useful and well designs are the products themselves. I have 3 or 4 products. Come on Hikmirco sort out the App. I’ve already started moving to Pixfra. Thanks.

Miserable App , Seit einiger Zeit geht das Einschießen über die App auch nicht mehr - Steinzeit - Software !!! Thermtech und Nocpix können es besser ! Nie mehr Geräte von Hicmikro, denn Anleitung und Service sind eine Katastrophe !! totaler Schrott !!!
Registrieren unmöglich
Die App ist schon damit überfordert, wenn sich einer zart registrieren will. Mehrmalige Versuche sind fehlgeschlagen.
Nix für iPhone
Ein Auto das nicht fährt, ist nichts wert… Ebenso diese App, keine Verbindung zum iPhone. Wie ich in den Rezessionen gelesen habe, schon seit über 2 Jahren? Da ist jedes weitere Wort überflüssig…
Turn off mobile data
Previously gave this app 1 star because zero stars isn’t allowed. Can connect but not download updates. However since reading reviews that stated turning off mobile data in iOS, then it works to download updates. Still doesn’t work on android tablet though which is WiFi only..
Stellar 3.0
This app updates the firmware on devices, that cost a small fortune. It should just work. Unfortunately it just isn’t up for the job. Neither is technical support. Hopefully HIKMICRO will sort the problems out soon.

nach Registrierung erkennt er Benutzername nicht, Beschreibungen sind kryptisch und funktionieren nicht, ich kann mit der App kaum was anfangen.
Es müsste schon deutlich besser erklärt werden, was wo auf welchem Gerät zu tun ist. Mit viel Recherche bekommt man es vielleicht raus aber ohne Safari und ChatGPT keine Chance. Das sollte nicht sein.

Fine once you can get the device connected
For those that come later… I needed to turn the phone’s mobile data off /and/ ensure the device (alpex 4K lite) was still in the hotspot menu before it would connect. Very poor onboarding experience for core functionality.

Bonjour ´ j’ai rechargé la batterie à bloque et arrivé sur un lieu dans le bois à 22h30 .. allumé et 3 mn après batterie faible et c est arrivé 2 x de suite.. explication .. merci, cordialement
Disappointing and poor service
It’s sad that expensive equipment is supported by such a low quality application. Videos don’t play and support for the app is only half-hearted. While the app may run well on an old phone it fails miserably with the latest iPhone/IoS. Despite sending videos demonstrating the error to HIKMICRO support they belligerently ignore the issue clearly considering it must be a myriad of issues but certainly not with their product which must be the holy grail in day night vision scopes. I’ll be sending the expensive brick back to the vendor for a refund unless they deal with it soon.

Theoretisch Gut
Eig. super App aber leider bricht die Verbindung regelmäßig ab obwohl das Handy mit dem Habrok 4k verbunden ist. Egal welches Gerät oder Version! Leider schon lange so… Das einzige was dann noch geht um es neu zu verbinden ist das Habrok 4K komplett ausschalten und neustarten dann geht es in der Regel wieder für meist 3-5min… sehr nervig wenn man Zuschauer hat und es ständig neustarten muss und hoffen.

Rubbish App
Fails to connect to device. Firmware updates take forever to download & multiple attempts. Not enough frustration in your life? You need this app to rectify that. Totally useless

Camera works fine until it needs an update. An update should be an easy process, it’s not with this app. I would avoid if I was you.

Process - connect phone Lynx 3.0 hotspot, get code on phone, confirm same code on Lynx …. Nothing happens. Still won’t connect.
Tried Bluetooth - same problem.
If you’re planning on using an app for your scope then look at a different brand than this one - their app is beyond useless.

Keine gute WLAN Verbindung
Die Verbindung zum iPhone wird nicht stabil gehalten. Übertragung von Fotos und Videos über die App nicht möglich, da die Verbindung unterbrochen wird.

Die App verbindet über das IPhone sich nicht mit der WBK. Habe alles versucht, keine Chance. Das Wärmebildgerät selbst ist an sich sehr ok.

The actually sight is great but trying to connect the device through the app is a nightmare needs to be sorted out it’s the only thing letting it down
