Useless
This thing is useless and disorganized, it doesn’t tie your badge info, show you where to start, and makes it useless to know which events you are allowed to go to. I paid $2k for this bs experience and have never been before but this will be the last.
Not so great
App font is far too small and doesn’t have a setting to increase font size. It’s very difficult to read. Why does the app show I’m open for meetings at times when I have chosen to attend sessions? That makes no sense.
Bus tracker
Bus tracker has some issues... At 10:59am it says the next bus for route 3 will arrive at 6pm.
Confirmation emails always late
Every time I need a confirmation email, it arrives hours later, and the system times out.

Why do I need to skip 2 screens (add photo and vendor ad) every time I launch the app???

Once I was properly logged in I was able to save my sessions, plan meetings and connect with others. I understand that the map / wayfinding will be guided once I get there. Will update my review if needed!

I would like to be able to add the keynotes to my schedule to be able to easily see when I need to be at the keynotes

No way to make a schedule or map the location to a booth. Other apps in the past included these important features. Disappointing ☹️
What am I missing?
This doesn’t work at all. No sessions are showing for me except for Monday.
Inconsistent app
I keep reviewing sessions and saving/bookmarking them. They show in my planner, then a few days later they are gone. Frustrating after spending time to plan for the conference. I’ve had it happen more than twice now
