Glitches and AI voice is horrible

The program has glitches—I cannot access words for selection that are in the third row or lower, which makes down my score as an error. There is no way to scroll to them and other aspects of the app cover them up making them completely inaccessible. There is no mechanism to report this problem, other than to leave this bad review. The AI voice is horrible and mechanical—if I didn’t already know how a given Norwegian word should be pronounced, this app would teach me wrong pronunciation. I wish I could get my money back.
