About
HipMax is a private lower-body fitness progress app designed to help you track, understand and improve your glute, hip, posture and training progress.
With guided scan instructions, visual reference sliders and personalised workout recommendations, HipMax helps you turn your fitness goals into a clear plan.
HipMax is built for private self-assessment only. Your analysis is designed to help you identify training focus areas such as glute development, hip contour, posture, symmetry and consistency.
Key features:
Private HipMax Score
Get a private progress score based on your lower-body fitness profile, training inputs and assessment results.
Guided Scan Flow
Follow simple photo instructions for lighting, camera distance, camera height and angles so your check-ins stay consistent over time.
Reference Slider Assessment
Use visual reference sliders to estimate your current hip contour and glute side profile. This gives you a simple way to track progress without needing to guess from numbers alone.
Custom Lower-Body Plan
Receive workout recommendations based on your focus areas. HipMax can suggest exercises such as hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, hip abductions, step-ups, cable kickbacks and posture-focused core work.
Progress Tracking
Track your score over time and see how your lower-body training progress changes from week to week.
HipMax Pro
Unlock detailed private analysis, focus areas, personalised training targets, progress insights and up to 7 scans per week with a 12-hour cooldown between scans.
HipMax is for private fitness progress tracking only. It is not a public rating app, medical app or attractiveness scoring tool. Users should only upload fully clothed photos of themselves.
Disclaimer:
HipMax is not medical advice. Always train safely and speak to a qualified professional if you have injuries, pain or health concerns.
