App error makes printer useless

As with other reviewers, the app was working fine for a while but now gives an error and the interface doesn’t load. That means the printer can connect but can’t print. Be aware of buying this printer if you plan on a reliable printer that works more than 1 month.

Doesn’t work anymore

This app was working a week ago but now when I open it it gives a error and won’t load the interface of the app that lets you print Yes it still lets me connect my mt800q but it won’t let it print. My mt800q has turned into a paperweight now because this app doesn’t work properly anymore
