Payment very slow and there is processing fee if top up. The machine to dry is rm10. Then need to add rm1.50 for processing fee. Total need to topup rm11.50. 😅
Worst Apps Ever
Literally spent off RM8 on supposed 40 minutes drying my clothes. It turned out ONLY 26 minutes!!!!!! Wth and the processing fee RM1.50????!!! Bug off!!!

careline number untuk semua company, tapi call minta solution cakap lain tempat lain owner, jadi nda dpat solve itu problem. itu masalah kamu. kamu tiada inform setiap machine yg air d machine kamu itu tiada ?!. not only once kamu buat begitu sama customer. dengan apps kamu bug mau scan tiba tiba tidak dapat scan topup duit, still call carelines macam tiada guna tidak bagi solution. jangan ada carelines kalau tidak boleh bagi solution ya thanks !

The apps says need update but when i opened the app store it is already updated. So i cant use the apps
Very terrible app
Topup slow made payment slow. Server always got problem makes people wasting money wasting detergent at the end the customer careline just ask you change to another machine using token. After topup money in app cannot withdraw. Then what is the purpose asking customer to use your app’s credit account? For investment?

The older version was smoother
Payment process is very slow and it keeps loading for quite some time after paying via Spay. I think the previous version was way faster. The processing fee for minimum top up below RM30 is nonsense??????

Duration js not properly sync
The apps said wash ended but actually still have 5 minutes left !!!!!!
Knowing current machine status
Its good to have how is my machine progress. But i believe this apps can improve alot by showing the status of each machine on location to show availability of the machine. Overall the apps looks good with good functions
Reduce min topup
Please reduce the minimum topup, RM30 is too high. Sometimes i had to topup RM30 eventhough inside apps i just less RM1.
E-wallet top up issue ( Boost )
After picking the option to top up with e-wallet like boost it directs me to online banking. What’s of having boost option-.-
