Non functional app
As the title suggests, the app is really non user friendly, terrible and you name it, just please fix it, i can’t even choose what payment method i want to use but yet it lets me choose how much I want to purchase and it told me can’t skip the first step which is the payment method one, not too mention the buffering is very long even tho you are connected to the wifi next to you nah bruh just fix the app I’m the one who’s getting fine because of this very smart app

Sign in/up problem
Still cannot get in after keep trying, when want to register apps mentioned alraedy register, when to sign up, account not found, yet after trying other email password invalid, lowsy app
Server error
Server is always error, in app and web version both also cannot be used. How to pay parking like this?
Bad user flow
Dh transfer duit masuk,nk cari register no plate vehicle pun takde..macam mana nk byr parking kalau no plate pun takleh nk tambah ..setakat ada user email ngan location user je..option tambah no plate pun takde kat main page..sia ii je transfer
Unable to topup coupon
Jangan buang masa orang and nak saman orang suka2 hati if apps sendiri ada problem nak topup coupon tu.dah la kawasan tu dulu free skarang berbayar. suruh bayar tu dah menyusahkan dah. tambah pulak nak topup coupon tak boleh. lagi la menyusahkan!!!!
