Updated app still sending OTP to someone else’s number
Why is my IC number linked to someone else’s HP number whenever an OTP is sent? Before the app update, this issue had already been there but it has not been resolved even after the app update. It is very tiresome to keep changing log in passwords. It eludes me why we can’t simply sign in using SingPass as with other similar apps. Very poor app.

Easy to use and app performance is good
This app is easy to use with descriptive notes that are helpful for users not familiar with various government services.
It basically consolidates all government related functions under one roof, which helps breaks down barriers to download multiple apps
