Apparently can only get History Hits videos through this subscription. If you want podcasts I guess that is a different subscription. 😡

I thoroughly enjoy listening to the team from History Hit take its listeners on adventures through time. Whether it be watching or listening I can highly recommend the panel of historical experts chat with peers about topics that may otherwise not be covered and when done so is respectable yet entertaining.

I love this channel! It’s true this really is like Netflix but it’s about history. Huge variety.
World history for dummies
The documentaries available to stream have opened my heart and mind to so much of the world’s history that I had never explored before. There’s unlimited history from every corner of the world. The hosts of the documentaries are incredible. An underrated feature I wished I had found earlier is all the History Hit podcasts. Almost all my podcasting is of one HH podcast or another but having them ad free along with all the documentaries is really cool. Dan Snow is my hero!

Useless
If I could access half the content it would be great. Can’t access website says have no subscription! Can only access the App. But that’s rubbish! I’m supposed to be able to access advert free podcasts! No links sent when requested. Or if links sent they are broken!

I’m in awe of the consistently high quality of History Hit’s content. The presenters frequently draw parallels between the past and present, which is why I initially became interested in the subject. I particularly appreciate their citations of source material. Whenever possible, I read the books or visit the online archives to increase my knowledge of the topic. History Hit is a valued resource in my pursuit of lifelong learning.

So glad this steaming service exists! I wish I could get the app on my tv but current app mirrors just fine. Also please more shows than podcasts plz plz plz! every service is just turning into a video podcast site. I hope that doesn’t happen here too.
