Not sending properly
Doesn’t work with Ggle Voice and poor chat services
I got ghosted when trying to use their chat services to trouble shoot why Google Voice wasn’t working. No conclusions or suggestions. It’s linked to my Google account. All of the numbers are correct and works in regular to text. It’s too much of a hassle to set up and work while still paying for an app subscription. Use another app.

I love using this app it makes it so simple to send out group texts or schedule texts or anything. Do you need it’s all here.
Easy and Efficient
OMG. Where “I HAVE BEEN WAITING A LIFETIME” has this app been. Yes, it’s only been one day, one text (image), sent to 17 people, yet I LOVE, LOVE, the ease of it. I was so hesitant that I sent it to myself first and it worked. Woo Hoo!!!🍾🌟🎉🎊🎈⚡️
Ready Set Go! 🚦 I’m up and running now. I can really see how this is gonna work with both my friends and customers alike. I despise group messages so I’m so happy to be able to make a Group for WHATEVER and WHENEVER and just text one message, thought, image, or combination thereof without the repetition of copy/paste. I’m glad I will even be able to personalize/customize each message as needed. That will be wonderful to let me quickly follow up after a networking event.

Love it
I love being able to get ahold of my direct sales team instantly. This app helps me do just that. I also can send out to my group of consistent customers in one blast and soon to be customers in another!
Doing a really good job
I have been very happy with this app since I started using several months ago. I use it everyday to send out messages to 49 different people. I have had very little issues happen. I am very satisfied with it. Easy to navigate and I love the fact that you can add individual names to each text. Seems to the recipient that you wrote the text specifically to them.

I have been very happy with the HitEmUp app! I am a tour director, and use this to communicate with my groups before, during and after our tours. The passengers love the direct communication without getting a group text.
This evening I had a settings question and Febee Humady helped me figure out the solution. She was a real person and not a ChatBot. I appreciate that!

I cannot attach picture
I am getting so frustrated using this app, first he did not recognize my subscription so I had to pay again. Then every time I want to send a message and attach picture I have such a hard time!!

I love this app. I serve the Lord our creator Christ Jesus and I have over 300 people in my contacts that me and Jesus send a morning devotional every morning is it perfect no seven Christ we will have obstacles in our way. Great Text Option for Groups!
Worked great for what we needed. Easy to set up and use. Customer service was also on point and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend them!
Flakes out often
I have been using the service for several years and ask myself why I go through the frustration. It flakes out installs in the sending process often. I am seeking an alternative because I can’t take it anymore.
Terrible app
The app stopped working after six weeks and will not allow me to text anymore. I do not recommend this app.
If this is the best, God help the others!
I have been using this app every day for months now. There is almost never a day that the app does not breaks down and has issues! I have tried to get support to no avail! You have to monitor the app while it’s working and constantly redo and/ or resend texts! There has got to be some updates to end the constant problems with this app! I struggle through it every morning because I’m afraid any other app could be worse! Please, please do something! Sending out my Daily Devotional should not be this difficult!

My contacts are stored on iCloud in my iPhone. I can’t get this app to pull them up . I went to help and they didn’t respond.

I’ve been doing internet, email marking since the late 1990s. Since 2018 txt has become the more desirable way to reach groups. But it’s always been a long tedious process due to carriers policies. Hit Em Up is the best in class. Fast easy to use. I’ve been using is for three months and it remained an enormous time saver with an awesome AI assistant for when I have questions.

Kate is such a wonderful asset for hit em up. She was extremely professional and knowledgable. She patiently coordinate a time a time with me through google meets and walk me through the whole process expertly.
