I love this for a group communication for my after school club!

Won’t let me send images despite my settings being correct. Also freezes up on certain phone numbers and won’t complete my send. Sometimes works great other times does not.
Best group app
This is an excellent app for sending to large groups all at once with privacy. Can’t live without this app.

Lock up and stop sending
I cannot get all the way through my text message list without it locking up and not sending to the complete list anymore. I’m seeking other options.
Too much $$$ per month
When I signed up 3 years ago as a VERY small business owner, I picked this app for its affordability. This year the price drastically increased and is cost prohibitive for me. I’m having to cancel.
Also I’ve spent HOURS with the wonderful (truly) folks on chat and problem could not be resolved. We moved from computer to iPad to phone.
Seriously disappointed and I NEED it to work. Praying for a miracle.

Excellent quick customer service
Was struggling to login at 5 AM and their rep quickly solved my problem
Not efficient
I’m sure it is the nature of this app but when I send out a to a bunch of people it takes several minutes to send. My biggest complaint about this app is that it doesn’t really schedule messages. I did not receive the push notifications to send and I should not have to send it. It should automatically do it without me having to do anything. This is a huge downer for this app. I’m not sure why I’m paying $15 a month for this and I will probably be canceling my service and looking for something else.

A+++ App!!!
This App is amazing for our Ministry. It gets the job done, by sending correspondence to every member of your community and eliminates group sends that contain large amounts of people that they don’t know; and don’t feel comfortable sharing their text with. It also eliminates annoy some people within larger groups.

Doing a really good job
I have been very happy with this app since I started using several months ago. I use it everyday to send out messages to 49 different people. I have had very little issues happen. I am very satisfied with it. Easy to navigate and I love the fact that you can add individual names to each text. Seems to the recipient that you wrote the text specifically to them.

Borderline worthless
Hardly works, when I hit try again I have to retype the whole message, user experience has gotten significantly worse over the last 2 months. It’s like starting an old car, I have to hit send a few times before it actually works and sends

Easy to use
Clunky to use
Basic function works well. IF you want to edit a list you’ve created, it’s not possible (at least Claude, Chat and I were not able to figure it out). I had to create a new list and delete the old one. Editing existing contacts is impossible (or hard enough an engineer can’t figure it out).
Not so good
You can do a couple things well, but it is not a very well-thought-out app. Difficult to use if you want to do anything other than the most basic
