Refund denial

I signed up thinking I was starting a trial, but I was charged $59.99 for a yearly subscription. I canceled as soon as I realized what happened and requested a refund, but it was denied. The subscription terms were not clear to me, and the refund process was frustrating. I would not have purchased a 12-month plan intentionally. Very disappointed with the experience and customer support outcome.

It’s disappointing that after 5 months there are still no updates and the app remains full of bugs. I can’t reliably make or receive calls, and messages often disappear after sending. This needs urgent attention.
