Refund denial
I signed up thinking I was starting a trial, but I was charged $59.99 for a yearly subscription. I canceled as soon as I realized what happened and requested a refund, but it was denied. The subscription terms were not clear to me, and the refund process was frustrating. I would not have purchased a 12-month plan intentionally. Very disappointed with the experience and customer support outcome.

Bugs
Itโs disappointing that after 5 months there are still no updates and the app remains full of bugs. I canโt reliably make or receive calls, and messages often disappear after sending. This needs urgent attention.

I sign up for trial version last night. once i sigh in I have to buy minutes. i bought minutes and then they froze my account ๐คฌ error your account has been frozen . sent email to support asking refund no replies. watch out guys. They robbed me

Donโt spend your money on this app. You canโt text some numbers of your choosing.
THE APP IS NOT GOOD
The developer should first test their work before selling it to the public. I had to test the app with my main line and what I saw shocked me. If I send message to the app, it will deliver in peace. But if I send message from my main line to the app, it wonโt deliver. Itโs receiving messages and calls, but itโs not sending out messages. For this purpose, Iโm going to cancel my 1 year subscription now and put the app in the trash!

Is this real ? Is this Apple ? I only used it for free trial and been charged 59.99? How is this possible ??

Only US numbers offered
Although the description and screenshots on thesis app description page say and show that you can select a number from various countries, in reality once you get into the app and go to choose the country only the US shows up!

I bought credit using my iTunes, I got debited in my iTunes Store but I never got credited the credit.. thatโs a red flag for me already
