Ripoff - zero stars
I have been playing this game for over 10 years. I once loved this game but now I hate playing every day. It has really gone downhill the past few years. I may win big one week but then I lose constantly week after week, so much that I don’t have enough coins to play. I purchase coins and lose them within minutes. I have complained weekly to customer support but they tell me it’s based on random spins. Not true. They program the games to lose so that you purchase coins. I made over 400 spins on several games and had one bonus, a 1 in 400 chance to win. Horrible odds. Many complaints but nothing has improved. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP! I don’t expect a response from the developer either.

Really went downhill
The game has really went downhill. It has become greedier and greedier. The longer you play on this app ,the more you lose. The challenges are set up so you have to spend a lot of money. The coin packages have become a joke. All you care about is ripping off the players. People should spend their money at a real casino. At least you would get paid off in real money. Shame on you for screwing people the way that you do. Played here a long time but I probably will be leaving once I empty my account. Your customer service dept. should be renamed the lip service dept.I have played here for years and have spent a lot of money on this game and enough is enough.

Not player friendly
I used to pay for the rich pass every month because I really enjoyed the game and the challenges. It was a fair price for extra coins. That feature is no longer worth the money since they have changed the amounts and made the challenges much harder. Not worth it. They seemed to have programmed the games to not pay out much. I used to have over 100 billions coins but I burned through that with barely any payouts. They ruined the game. I no longer spend money on it or play. They got greedy.
