Really went downhill
The game has really went downhill. It has become greedier and greedier. The longer you play on this app ,the more you lose. The challenges are set up so you have to spend a lot of money. The coin packages have become a joke. All you care about is ripping off the players. People should spend their money at a real casino. At least you would get paid off in real money. Shame on you for screwing people the way that you do. Played here a long time but I probably will be leaving once I empty my account. Your customer service dept. should be renamed the lip service dept.I have played here for years and have spent a lot of money on this game and enough is enough.

Hit It Rich Pass
I just recently purchased the additional Hit it Rich Pass, I believe 09/10/2026-so yesterday! When I logged on today it now says “Coming Soon”. What is happening with that?
New Updates
The new daily challenge updates have taken all the fun out of the game. The time it takes to complete the daily challenges is too much. The coins spent to complete is way too much. The new graphics are terrible. You can’t find the rewards easily. I get it, you tried something new but it made it too time consuming. I’m sorry. I’ve played this game for years. This week will be my last unless changes are made.

Great games but again purchased 4 coin packages and play time was less than 30 minutes……no play time …tons and tons of loosing spins. No big wins just loads of loosing spins. Pay to play they say …..this is a game and is supposed to be fun. Over 140$ for 30 min really!
