Fun but too many click throughs
Good games, fun contests. Just way too many click through pop ups for money grabs. Don’t blame them for making money but too much.

I have been playing this game for over 10 years. I once loved this game but now I hate playing every day. It has really gone downhill the past few years. I may win big one week but then I lose constantly week after week, so much that I don’t have enough coins to play. I purchase coins and lose them within minutes. I have complained weekly to customer support but they tell me it’s based on random spins. Not true. They program the games to lose so that you purchase coins. I made over 400 spins on several games and had one bonus, a 1 in 400 chance to win. Horrible odds. Many complaints but nothing has improved. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP! I don’t expect a response from the developer either.

The game has really went downhill. It has become greedier and greedier. The longer you play on this app ,the more you lose. The challenges are set up so you have to spend a lot of money. The coin packages have become a joke. All you care about is ripping off the players. People should spend their money at a real casino. At least you would get paid off in real money. Shame on you for screwing people the way that you do. Played here a long time but I probably will be leaving once I empty my account. Your customer service dept. should be renamed the lip service dept.I have played here for years and have spent a lot of money on this game and enough is enough.

Not player friendly
I used to pay for the rich pass every month because I really enjoyed the game and the challenges. It was a fair price for extra coins. That feature is no longer worth the money since they have changed the amounts and made the challenges much harder. Not worth it. They seemed to have programmed the games to not pay out much. I used to have over 100 billions coins but I burned through that with barely any payouts. They ruined the game. I no longer spend money on it or play. They got greedy.

This used to be my favorite game on the Internet. But it’s changed so much and you don’t get bonuses like you used to. I’ve gone to another site and when I’m losing money, a notice comes up and said that says they see I’m losing money and they actually give me extra money. And bonuses are very frequent sorry

Constant money grab
Hate to say it but the game has become a massive money grab. Wins are inconsistent to keep a decent amount of points. Leveling up requires you to bet high to see any progress on your experience bar and since slots unlock by level sets you won’t have much options. And the higher you bet to try and level up you will simply lose all your points anyways and just get flung with money bundle deals. If your looking for a slots app with fair winnings and without needing to bet millions outright this isn’t it.

HIR is the worst slot game out there. It’s so rigged that it’s impossible for you to win. Yeah it’s a free game, but it’s designed and programmed for you to lose so you have to purchase coins to play. Stay away!!

I had played this game 8-10 years. They deleted my game showed NO interest in restoring my game. Basically said start over after trying to get my account restored. I’m going to restore a game but NOT with Hit it Rich. Your support SUCKS!!
Rip off
Any coins you get won’t even last you a few minutes. The game basically forces you to buy coins if you want to bet big enough to qualify for any of the side quests. Most of the good games you can’t even play without betting a huge amount of coins. I have wasted probably $50 of coins to barely even make it last a day or two tops! This is without betting a large amount too. RIP OFF

Game has gotten too greedy
Game use to pay off better but it now is ridiculous. Prize track and slot star are a joke. You have to spend trillions on each one of them and all you win is a dog biscuit,10 elite points,or a card pack with no new cards. You guys are just too greedy anymore.
