Adding to my last rev7 just spent 42$ lasted 7 minutes …..Happened again …when will I learn! Spent 100$ lasted maybe 20 minutes what a rip off …great games but pay to play does not apply here….buyer beware not a lot of entertainment for your money ……

Horrible Coin Packages Prices
Coin packages cost way too much and the reels are way too tight. This used to be my favorite app but not anymore more and you have to bet way to high to even be in the running for any of the contests. Just isn’t fun anymore…

Happened again spent 65$ and play time was less than 15 minutes….why don’t you put this on your front page? Adding to my disappointment made three purchases today and got under 15 minutes of play…. When you pay (a lot) you should get more than a few minutes of play time … this is a game not a casino, it’s becoming a real turn off …. I’ve gotten 2 free friends bonus spins each day. The spins stop and no credits given. Also the free bonus credits are not added. This game is getting very frustrating! Looks like they only want you to keep paying for play. So many advertisements popping up. DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money on this site! Very bad support service.

Disappointed to very happy
Good gameplay and have used this app for years. However they just reset my account and won’t lift a finger to help me restore it so save yourselves the agrivation of getting invested in the game only to have allyour progress wiped out. Support was less than helpful but hey, at least they were polite.
Amendment:
After dealing with help agents Bryan B and Michelle they adjusted my game back to what I could recall it was at. It took a few try’s but in the end they got things sorted out as best they could without actually resorting my original account. I commend them for patiently helping me through this issue they were quite helpful and friendly.

Game l had millions of points and vip status and you deleted my game I had for years !!!
Game used to be more fun used to win more points no feels like you're pulling teeth to win anything

Paid for coin package and didn’t receive until after I requested a refund and still want the refund don’t want the coins anymore

I lose everything and have to start over.
I use this program but dont use a login. Every time I get to 2B points it kicks me out and then i have to start over as a guest. This has happened three times.

Restarted my new iPad today and my hit it rich account went missing
I have had Hit It Rich on my iPad for over 10 years. Today I had to restart my iPad and when I tried to oped hit it rich my account was missing. I then logged into my account through apple and logged in to my account. I had over 458,000,000,000 coins. When I got back int my account I only had 121,000,000,000 coins. I am very frustrated with this
