App has terrible UI , can’t download videos from the app. Most the things require a kiosk why can we upload videos to biometrics after the fact? Most things in the app do not load or do what they are supposed to do. What exactly am I paying 10$ for

Pretty terrible app with already bad reviews. I have tried logging into the app multiple times and just pops up a white screen. Not helpful at all!

After logging in all I get is a blank white screen. Totally useless.
Bad App
The HitTrax product is good, but the app keeps missing the mark. The recent Apr 2024 update made the app worse not better. Trying to see your stats on the account screen on an iPhone is barely possible because the screen boxes are misaligned and overlapping. Do you even test this out on an iPhone before releasing?

Purchased this last week and have been trying to get ahold of f someone because it never linked to my account!
Horrible customer service
I paid for a subscription and it never connected with my account. Multiple attempts made to rectify the situation, never heard from them. Even the owner of the batting cage I go to couldn’t get thru!!
