User reviews

This is not friendly

Does not work right now giving a one star is extremely generous

Very frustrating

I have loved this app and it has really improved my shoulder strength, but just recently they updated their workouts and added a whole new kit of bands. The package cost another few rounders dollars on top of the subscription and the original kit of bands I had bought. It is frustrating that I have to buy all new bands to an already expensive program. I have loved this program but it is frustrating that they add more things to buy.

Latest update review

I like the new improvements a lot but I need some help. I’m constantly in between school, baseball, and other activities. My point being, I am not finding time to do all of these training exercises. My goal is keep my arm primarily health over getting it stronger. I know this app and company will explode over time but consider school and other things for athletes at the college level and lower who still battle school work and family
