This app is useless it’s not even opening the page goes black when you open the app very disappointing

can’t click on first time registering because there is a black tool bar in the way. Can’t see the point in this at all.

How do I get in touch with someone to get a pin number as I have been told by my firm that hive should get in touch with me about getting one

Not working
I typed in my 4 digit code from my company, which was recognised, then it asks me for employee number and surname, then tells me it’s invalid? I’ve re-checked my employee number and it’s correct, my surname is definitely correct, I’ve tried upper and lower case and with just one capital at the beginning? DOES NOT WORK.
