Wondering how someone can make such a bad app in 2025/26? App with simple forms, but full of bags. Had to restart app several times to get booking confirmed. I booked hotel via different portal and was forced to use it before arrival. Will definitely book another hotel just because of this app. Not trusting savings CC details in the app. Why not apple pay?

Glitch in system

First of all, you can only book through an app, which is kind of confusing. I ended up buying a room for a reasonable right and then was unable to ever get into it.

Can’t create an account

I put in my phone number to create an account and the app does some reload of the page but never lets me get any farther.
