Saw one of these bike rentals and thought I’d give it a go. The minute you start the app: a Eula that waives all your rights and then the ole “We require a selfie and a photo of your government issued ID”.
Nice try, CDPHP. Maybe you should run a bike rental service and make your money from renting bikes, rather than a data brokerage service.

I am so pleased with the customer support that CDPHP cycle offers. They are very communicative and respond extremely quickly.
Amazing ride
It was being amazing. The quality of the bike was outstanding and I didn’t even feel like I was cycling. I’m from out of town and it’s quite an experience!

Me and my sister and my grandmother wanted to rent three bikes but we tried and it said that you can only rent two per person who has the app, that I felt was kind of a scam because it makes more people buy the app and pay for the plan so that was annoying and it took so long to actually unlock the bikes and start riding, then when we got back to the place we got them, we locked them, and took the pictures, then, a couple hours later the app started to send me emails that the picture did not come through, (we are miles away at this point) and it said it may cause charges fines or even a ban from the system. Kinda disappointed but the bikes worked great! They did end up contacting us and saying that it was fine and they would work it out🫠
