Amazing ride
It was being amazing. The quality of the bike was outstanding and I didn’t even feel like I was cycling. I’m from out of town and it’s quite an experience!

Me and my sister and my grandmother wanted to rent three bikes but we tried and it said that you can only rent two per person who has the app, that I felt was kind of a scam because it makes more people buy the app and pay for the plan so that was annoying and it took so long to actually unlock the bikes and start riding, then when we got back to the place we got them, we locked them, and took the pictures, then, a couple hours later the app started to send me emails that the picture did not come through, (we are miles away at this point) and it said it may cause charges fines or even a ban from the system. Kinda disappointed but the bikes worked great! They did end up contacting us and saying that it was fine and they would work it out🫠

App stop working
I have been using app for a couple of months, always had connection issues and now it won’t even start
PLEASE FIX THE BUGS AND ERRORS
So I’ve been using the CD PHP cycle app for about a year and a half now and it’s been good for the most part however, recently the app itself has been acting up a lot
And today when I try to open the app, it keeps giving me an error message like bad file descriptor or something else and I love riding the bikes, but these errors are quite irritating

Deleting Account
I tried to delete my account early July and it still hasn’t process weeks later and of course I am unable to remove my payment method. One star because it should never take this long especially with no way to remove or edit my payment method. Its giving scam behavior.

Working for a company that allows free unlock and 30 min free/day. It’s nice but 30 min a day just isn’t enough. Haven’t tried the regular bike but the e-bike is nice.
Another update mistake
Now with the new update it won’t even take a photo. Another month subscription and it charges me extra for no picture but the app is wonky. Last month I’m using this
New update
This new update won’t load on my iPad or my iPhone. I’m trying to ride a bike back home from work and for some reason it’s saying failed host lookup version 1.0.43+6380. Trash update, I use this everyday for transportation now it updated and I can’t even login. Paying for a subscription I can’t even use. I want my money back.

What a disappointment
I was in Saratoga Springs and thought this would be fun to tour the area. The app was super glitchy and wouldn’t work. As I walked around the city, I’d come across more bike stations and figured I’d try again.
I finally got the app to work at the third station. But then the bike wouldn’t unlock. So, I “returned” it and that was that.
I have experience with Citi bikes in NYC and never had any issues. Too bad!

Good for what it does
This app does everything one needs in order to rent a bike from a CDPHP Cycle! bile rack, ride it, and return it. It's not as smooth and technologically advanced as it could be; case in point, I happened upon a bike rack and decided it would be fun to finally rent a bike for the first time. I already had an old version of the CDPHP Cycle! app on my phone from a couple of years before when I saw my first CDPHP bike rack right by the apartment complex I lived in at the time and thought I might want to use it one day. So I launched that app and attempted to go through the process, but that app kept saying it couldn't connect to the network, which turned out to be because it was old and outdated, but I had to figure that out entirely for myself – there was no prompt to update the app to the latest version, and if I remember right, when I went to the App Store, the button to download the new version didn't say "update" either, but just showed the little cloud with the downward pointing arrow indicating that I had downloaded the app before. so, figuring that might be the problem, I threw away the old app and downloaded the new one, and then everything worked fine, but as I say, I had to figure out how to get around that obstacle all on my own, with no help from the app.
Once I did though though, everything worked well. I agree with another reviewer's thought that the app could provide more information on the ride one took, but other than that I haven't any major complaints so far. The service gets me out and breathing fresh air and seeing beautiful bike trails, so I think it's pretty great.
Now if we could just get the iPhone to stop capitalizing random dictated words like "One", the world would be a better place! 😛

Broken app
The idea itself and the bikes are fun, but I always have an issue with locking my bike or the app just being really slow or again not working and not connecting to the bike where CDPHP is just scamming at this point, they’ll continue to take money out your pocket while you struggle with their broken app

Needs more features
As a brand new user, I was hoping to see my mileage per ride or route ridden, but this app seems to be just for your ride purchases. Also, I would like to know location of non/e-bikes. Only seems to show e-bikes at locations - at least where I wanted to ride. Or how can I search for regular bikes?
Don’t download it
One of the worst app I have ever used, I tried to get a bike and the app kept charging me without letting me on the bike, don’t waste your time. And I need my money back…
