A good value
The PikeRide program is an excellent way to use an E bike if you don’t Own one and want to try it out or you need to run some errands. IUs the 3030 past to get a feel for owning an electric bike. However, if you wish to use it on a regular basis, I recommend the monthly or longer plans as a better value. The bikes are largely well-maintained and if you encounter a problem, the staff is responsive

A little terrifying
Just beginning to pedal and the bike takes off. I’ll stick to Lime scooters where I can control the throttle!

Overcharging
Be careful with this app! I only rode the bike for less than an hour and when I went to end the trip I locked the bike and pressed end trip but it continued to give me an error message, I even restarted the phone so it was certainly the app. About a week later the app charged me $21 for a ride that wasn’t even 30 minutes and I tried to get in contact with customer service but they won’t do anything about it. The bike was fine but I won’t be using this app again, $21 for a less than 30 minutes ride is absolutely ridiculous.

Fun!!!
Pike ride is so much fun and so easy! My son in law insists we do a pike ride tour every time he visits. It’s a super easy and convenient way to get around and experience the city in a different way. We’ve found so many cool new restaurants and brew pubs just off the cycling trails
