If the watch is not in range while the watch is charging the app itself will reset itself. It’s annoying having to input all our information back again every single time i need to charge it that sucks

I’ve had this phone on the charger for over 24 hours and it won’t come on!Very frustrating and there’s no number or email to talk to about the problem. Brand new out the box and it doesn’t work! I think this may be a scam! Don’t purchase!
