Updates of new problems •••••••

This is one of the most dysfunctional apps I have ever encountered. I own 244 smartwatches and have worked with various types of apps. This app used to loose Bluetooth connectivity all the time, which has improved somewhat, but now the face wear feature has stopped functioning. The app claims that it needs an upgrade through their site, which, when customers attempt to do, requires a valid credit card, even though it states that there won't be any charges. This is against the law, as there is an agreement between the companies that manufacture the watches and the app developers. I have purchased five expensive smartwatches that are required to work with RDFit. Without the functioning app, I cannot access all the features of my watches. I have submitted a few requests through the App Store, and everyone who is experiencing issues with this app should do the same to ensure that the developer of RdFit adheres to their agreements. Thank you all and good luck.

Nothing shows in the APP

Sorta pointless if you can’t see anything, watch faces won’t load so you can’t change them etc.

Problem

For my watch it automatically make the region and location I’m at China, which is where it was made but I am located in a different country. It gets in the way of using it normally. Other than that, there were also problems when I set my password. When I make a password and activate it, it randomly pops up just when ever I click anything on the watch.

Ads annoying

When opening app get ads pop up that can’t be closed to have access to

Rest of the app is pretty good.

Maybe more customisation to watch from app would be nice eg ability to remove watch faces that were pre installed so others you like can be transferred to watch.

Watch face market broken

Please fix! Or direct us to a new app.
