Nothing shows in the APP
Sorta pointless if you can’t see anything, watch faces won’t load so you can’t change them etc.
Problem
For my watch it automatically make the region and location I’m at China, which is where it was made but I am located in a different country. It gets in the way of using it normally. Other than that, there were also problems when I set my password. When I make a password and activate it, it randomly pops up just when ever I click anything on the watch.

Ads annoying
When opening app get ads pop up that can’t be closed to have access to
Rest of the app is pretty good.
Maybe more customisation to watch from app would be nice eg ability to remove watch faces that were pre installed so others you like can be transferred to watch.

Ringtone
1. The watch can be ringing while the phone is on silent. Please we need update to be able to put the watch also on vibration without ringing all the time.

Pessoal esse aplicativo foi descontinuado normalmente o mais indicado é utilizar a busca do aplicativo pelo QR code do dispositivo, esqueçam o QR code do manual, tive problema na conexão usando este app mas ao utilizar o QR code do relógio/aparelho consegui achar o aplicativo correto.

Won’t stay open
I ordered a watch that uses this app and when I click on it, it won’t even open and closes immediately. Terrible app.

Update in March 2026 crashed the app
This will not load. Only when I unpair my watch from my phone. Then when I pair it crashes all the time.

For last 3-4 days, i cant open the app, it crushes immediately. I uninstalled and installed, the issue is same. And so i cant update my smartwatch time either! 😑

Overall alright to use but data gets written to iPhone’s Health only after running this app. That too only upto last hours. i.e. hourly data. Not based on the syncing time.
