Pointless
Downloaded the app and it’s requesting a password. All I needed was my email to set up, I never set up a password so I can’t get in. Then I hit the forgot password option no rest link was sent to me. When I try to view the site online it’s not allowing me to view anything.
I don’t get it.
Unless I’m missing something, this app is incredibly basic and simply a way for the company to try and prevent you from calling them.
