Please update the app else remove it from App Store forever. The stupid app won’t allow to login to Amazon. NEVER will I be buying anything with name Harman Kardon on it.

I have tried an excessively numerous times to connect my speaker to amazon music, but it always says “fail”. This is so useless!!! They need to fix this now. It’s ridiculous. Things are expensive nowadays.

Don’t Waste Your Time
This app is so bad, it would be comical if it weren’t so frustrating. You buy an expensive speaker with amazon capabilities just for the app to not let you use the features of the speaker. It’s finicky, glitchy, and inconsistent. Ridiculous.
Unable to set it up
I’m unable to complete the setup on my HK allure. I downloaded the HK Alexa Setup App and when I gave allowance for network and location the app still says my phone doesn’t enable WiFi which I clearly do as I was able to search the web. I redownloaded it multiple times but get the same results. Now I’m stuck with just Bluetooth.

HK Astra is now a brick!!
How is one supposed to sign into Amazon to enable Alexa if it says “fail” every time?!? Either discontinue this application and let us use the Alexa app or fix it because I am now out hundreds of bucks on something that should be working! Someone reach out and explain how I should register my device now.

Why does this app even exist?
It might work if I could just use the Alexa app for setup. But connection fails every-time. No Alexa, can’t turn off lighting or play connect by Bluetooth. Should have opened the box years ago. Now it’s a brick.
App is basically useless and makes the product a paper weight
The app doesn’t let you connect to amazon making it an expensive speaker that needs to be constantly charged worst purchase not worth the trouble even if its free
Fail at linking Acc
I’ve restarted the app and even tried re downloading it multiple times but every time I try and link an amazon account it just says failed. I’m not able to use my HK Allure at all now and it’s just a big paper weight without a linked amazing acc.

I have an Astra that I can't use with Alexa because it won't let me sign in, all I get is a fail message, garbage speaker and garbage app
Does not work anymore
Need help with accessing the speaker regardless if it is with Alexa or not. Cannot sign into Amazon from the app. Rendering the speaker useless after all these years
A luxury product
Now my machine is useless.
Edit: I bought my speaker used on eBay, it worked fine for like two years, now Alexa doesn’t work and every time I try to set it up after a factory reset, it takes me to the screen where I connect to Alexa, and it fails. I don’t know if you people have some problem with Jeff Bezos or something…
