Your app claims to support iOS 12.0 or higher versions, I have iOS 16.7 but the app exits itself every time I open it. This resulted in an obstacle in the way of my high-end talent entry programme application for an entry permit for my job. If your app has long not been updated, kindly review the compatibility with iOS 16.7 and state whether it can be accessed from mainland China without a connection to a foreign server.

Waste of time
Downloaded the app thinking it will make the appointment easier. NO. It directed you to their website. Tried to make appointment for smart ID card renewal, waited 46 minutes to pre fill the form, turned out the quota full. What a joke?! Technology meant to make things easier and quicker, not wasting users’ time. SHAME ON YOU HONG KONG GOVERNMENT. Wasted tax payers money for developing such crappy system

驗證碼有bug
到驗證碼呢一步，輸入不停有問題，一係輸入唔到，一係輸入自己錯位，根本無法跳轉下一頁。請盡快改進！
Program logic problem
For the renew ID part, the program refuse to let use pre-fill forms on the day of booking. I understand the logic of refusing to change or delete booking, but there is no reason that refusing the pre-filling forms on the booking day. The data of the form should be updated just before the user present to the your office to process the operation. Therefore, the pre-fill form should not be together with change and delete. Another issue is that your warning message in IOS app is covered when you redirect to your web application.

Poor apps
I have tried to complete the form to apply passport. The apps didn’t allow to press continue and cannot go to the next page. Can’t even complete the application form. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
