The app SAYS English support, but it isn’t/does not. Your app might support multi-language functionality, but whomever is managing has never done the translations or set it up to work properly. I figured it out, but needed to screen-capture & use Google Translate.
Looking forward to getting points for my purchases, but the app is glaringly incomplete for those who don’t read TC.

Failed to register although I was already a member for YEARS now. Your incompetent staff told me in Cantonese: “oh, got it, will let them know,” without leaving a reference number or whatsoever
Apple Wallet
Please can you include an option to save the membership card to Apple Waller and add more information in English. Thanks.
