This app has no download function for monthly report, and the function to email report was not working.
Both function are not working. Without self download function and report email function are not helpful for accounting and auditing.

duit hold terlalu lama. customer scan berhari2 baru masuk akaun, pernah kena 1 kali ada public holiday 4 hari, hari ke 5 baru duit masuk. letih tunggu.. harap dapat tambah baik macam bank lain QR je terus masuk akaun realtime bukan hold lama2.

Apps tak function. Kena tunggu beberapa hari baru duit masuk. Apps sikit2 logout sendiri. Pastu selalu kata salah password & ID walaupun dh betul. Guna forget password pun salah lagi. Aiyooo.

Pakai nie apps macam orang ketiga… duit kena hold baru masuk acc… sekiranya public holiday segala transaksi tidak masuk ke acc direct dia hold dalam BizBuddy… kalau cuti public seminggu maka duit seminggu tidak akan masuk ke acc.. kalau kecemasan nak pakai duit untuk buat transaksi lain duit tidak ada dalam acc… apps nie buat saya jadi mimpi ngeri… segala hasil kerja duit tidak masuk ke acc…
