I’ve been using HMA VPN for a while, but lately the service has become extremely slow. The connection speed has dropped significantly, making it difficult to browse the web, stream content, or use apps reliably. There are frequent delays, and sometimes the VPN struggles to connect at all. I hope the developers address these performance issues soon because the app used to work much better. At the moment, I can’t recommend it until the speed and stability improve.

STARLINK COMPATIBILITY ISSUES
HMA is known for its reputation of delivering as a VPN is meant to, however there are some new minor lapses that I would like to address, for those who use a Starlink network service, the handshake between the VPN and the network seems to always disconnect, if there is way you can add more network protocols to solve this issue it will be appreciated, other than that it’s a good vpn overall

iPhone 11. Постоянно просит добавить конфигурацию. Части не подключается. Нельзя отменить соединение во время попытки подключения, а она бывает минуту идёт, тогда не работает интернет
been using on and off since 2016
I usually buy 3 months or a full year to save a couple bucks. I sincerly plan on renewing when my year is up, sure there were some hiccups when they update the system as a whole but It just works and pnce you eatablish a connection speed is rarley and issue . I swear I dont even notice in some on the fps games on steam when I forget to toggle off 😭

There are constant system failures. The VPN keeps trying to reconnect, and during this time it completely cuts off the internet. This terrible service is actually causing the internet to stop working.
Customer support is not functioning — no one responds at all.
I do not recommend this service. This is the worst VPN I have ever used.

Horrible - won’t connect
I used to love this VPN, but the entire VPN does not connect. I have to delete the app 20 times a day in order for it to connect and it will not connect. I’ve reached out to support. No one’s helped me.
