NOTIFICATIONS COMING IN LATE

I absolutely love this app and all that it provides but I feel over time the notifications for orders have been out of wack. Not sure how this could be addressed but would love to be able to get order notifications as they are happening in real time like before instead of days later like it’s been happening lately

I download it the app and as I am trying to sign in I get a message stating “thank you for your interest. This app is for the United States and PR & is currently not available in your region” !?!? I’m in the US! wth?
