Would be great if it worked
App login doesn’t work, forwards me to the browser which does allow me to login. My request is marked as green “received” but doesn’t show on the All Requests map or list. What good is this if no one is responding to requests?
Original Honolulu 311 app was terrible but worked. REVISION.
Once the map loads, the map is much more responsive than the previous version. I also like seeing other people’s posts.

This replacement app has a few issues.
First my original account did not work - had to create a new account.
There needs to be a way to bypass the map pin. The map will not load on cellular.

Better than the last app and easier to use
This new app is more user friendly and definitely an upgrade from the last version. Registration and submitting a request were quite easy and straightforward. I submitted a request within minutes! My husband and I will be using this app more.
Works great!
Very simple for reporting issues like potholes and broken community amenities. I hope this results in faster resolutions
Worst than Honolulu 311 app
App became worst from original one. Hard to register an account. Hawai’i need to step up with things. We are always a step behind everyone.
Not much to the app
There’s a bunch of links but I could just search for those. Other than that, it isn’t very helpful. A search tool would help navigate
Great App
Great new app for Honolulu! I already had an HNL account from signing up for Parks & Recreation’s free classes, and I was able to use the same account to sign in. It’s super easy to report issues and get updates. Glad to see the City modernizing services, this will really help the community.

Garbage
This app was promoted on local news channels, but the app stinks. It’s difficult to register, and there is no instructions on how to report or what services can be used or how to use. Had low expectations and not even those were met by this “app”
