Unable to look and review their weekly ad and cannot pull up and see things because everything glitches or moves back to top so fast. Definitely not able to do anything with it. Very disappointing. Do better Hobby Lobby!!!

Can’t use the app because it glitches and can’t even hit the feedback button because it jumps right back to the jittery page you’re trying to provide feedback on.

Glitchy unable to use
The app glitches out from the second you open it. Unable to look at any products. So frustrating. I’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple times. Don’t waste your time.

While I love the store the app is very glitchy and near impossible to use.

I cannot use the app. As soon as I open the app and try to scroll down it glitches back to the top. You also can’t search for anything as once you type what you want to look for it will go to the options, then start glitching immediately to where either you cannot scroll down at all, or it glitches back to the home page.

Buggy
Love the store hate the app. Super glitchy, always end up ordering from somewhere else because how frustrating it becomes trying to type or scroll or even check out. And the constant having to log in every time I exit the app is just so bothersome. Please fix it.

Horrible Glitching
Not worth using unless you want to spend hours trying to find what you’re looking for due to glitching and reloading the page. The search bar malfunctions as well producing 0 results for items they actually have if you shop by category.
Can’t Browse
I can’t scroll past the first 3 items before the page reloads and goes back to the top of the page. Extremely frustrating.

Love the store, app is buggy
Love Hobby Lobby for all their awesome yarn & crochet supplies… BUT the app is a buggy mess… can we Please get an update… I promise this is actively impacting whether I actually make an online purchase or not… a lot of the time I just give up the search, when I may have actually found what I needed & gone ahead & made a purchase… highly doubt I’m the only one too…

The app doesn’t work it’s constantly glitching can never actually see what is in store because all the app does is glitch can’t even scroll down before it starts tweaking out and I’m honestly so tired of it please fix it

Glitchy app needs updating
The app needs some major attention and improvements. It glitches consistently, flashes, etc. I check for updates regularly and the last update was 6 months ago.
