App is horrible
I love the store, but the App doesn’t work. It jumps around so you can’t look through the page. If you try to use the filter on your search, it keeps going back to the first page where you started. App is un-useable, it’s so glitchy.
I have used the App happily for years, but this version is messed up.
I wish there was a way to tell what is in stock at a location, but the only option is shipping.

Glitch?
Every time I scroll down it scrolls back up. I can’t navigate the app with out it going back to the original page or back to the top!

Does not allow scrolling, reloads the page.
Glitchy and Unusable
I have not been able to use this app for MONTHS because it won’t allow me to scroll through the Ad pages. I won’t change my review once it’s fixed either because it’s been like this for entirely too long. I cancel my trip to HoLo every time I can’t navigate the app.
Glitchy Beyond Belief
I love Hobby Lobby, but this app has been the the worst! I’m shopping and it’s super glitchy and jumps around. I updated my address and my items still shipped to an old address. I highly recommend that they look into the issues with the app and have the bugs addressed because, I cannot use it again. I about broke my phone trying to place my order because the glitching is so bad and I’m not a violent or angry person. It’s just that bad and frustrating to use.

Still Glitchy after a year
The app has had the same problem for over a year. It throws you up to the top of the page every 2-3 seconds. It is impossible to use. As a developer, I wouldn’t charge my client for such a poor preforming app and Hobby Lobby as a company should be pushing back on their developer harder.

I love HL, I am there weekly if not more than once a week. I am begging yall to update the app. It glitches like crazy. Please keep popular beads in stock, please introduce order pick up, please modernize.

App is currently refreshing every two seconds (literally) and using it is impossible. Please fix!!!

Something has changed. Until a few weeks ago the app was great but now it is very glitchy and unresponsive at times. I deleted and reinstalled but same results. Please update the app, Hobby Lobby.

Can’t Scroll
The app doesn’t let you scroll without refreshing. It seems to be an ongoing issue as I’ve seen this same complaint from years ago. Seems like the developers don’t care, so stick with the website.

Deleting permanently
This app has been glitching and jumping around for months now. I am unwilling to delete and reinstall weekly in order to use it. Done.

The app is not made well. It’s hard to scroll without it changing your spot on the page, hard to search, it will erase what I’ve typed, my favorites and things I add to the cart are sometimes taken off. They need to put money into redoing their app.

You can only look
The app only lets you look at the things they have. It doesn’t allow you to add things to your cart.
