What’s the point of an app that is not functional? Constantly reloads the page, takes me back to the top, loses my place, can’t search for anything or check local stock. What a terrible way to run a business, losing alot of money from online sales. Do better Hobby Lobby

Fell off a cliff?
I dont no what happened to this app. Within the last week or so (today being August 14, 2026) every time the app is opened it jumps around on images. You try to search it erases your search when you do finally get a search that goes through the page will not load it flipped you back to the beginning of the app, you can’t even get the full search typed in sometimes because it automatically resets back to the homepage.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still has issues. Looking at the last update it seems to be about six months old so maybe it’s time to do another update so you can keep your customers rather than sending them to a competitor because your app is malfunctioning.
I am very disappointed with the way this is being maintained.

this app has become completely unusable. as soon as i click on any of the categories or click on the search bar to look for anything, the app freezes and/or goes entirely blank. before this it was so so so glitchy that it had become nearly impossible to even tell where i was on a page, let alone scroll on the page anyhow. it's rediculous to claim you've updated the app due to "bug fixes" and to have actually made no improvements to your app at all. how do you expect anyone to be able to use the damn thing?

I am trying to look at the weekly ad and it just keeps flashing the page every time I try to scroll and goes back to the top. Please fix!

I open the app to see if items that I buy for my wedding job for work was on sale and the app kept pulling me back to the top of the page.

The app is so glitchy you can’t look at anything let alone shop. The page shifts up and down on its own. Like shopping in The Blair Witch Project.

I love hobby lobby! BUT this app definitely needs an update to fix these glitches!
App is not useable and frustrates me
I always go to hobby lobby to see if there’s any fighter jet model kits and I check on the app to see which are available, thing is the app makes is super difficult for me to even browse through it, it glitches and whenever I scroll it reloads itself and just becomes extremely jittery.

Why can’t I scroll through results from my search? This is below par as a retail app. Not only does it uncontrollably refresh itself before I can scroll down a list of results, but it also does not include features that help me shop in store (such as a product’s location or availability). I will increase my rating once it functions correctly. Additionally, I’d like to see helpful features such as those I mentioned above.

You can’t even navigate through the app without it refreshing or sending you back a page. It needs A TON of bug fixes before I use it again.

I love the store, but the App doesn’t work. It jumps around so you can’t look through the page. If you try to use the filter on your search, it keeps going back to the first page where you started. App is un-useable, it’s so glitchy.
