For some reason, lately the app has been automatically scrolling back to the top of the page before I can look at everything. Please fix this. Thanks!
Glitches to the top
I went to the hobby lobby store and I absolutely fell in love with it. I downloaded the app because I could order online for my room without having to go to the store all the time, and 2 minutes after I downloaded it, I rage quit. I usually have more patience and I was so excited, but exciting I scroll down, it brings me back to the top and nothing will fix it.

Super Glitchy
Love the store, hate the app. It just refreshes every two seconds and is basically wigging out the whole time. Impossible to use.
Online/website
There is a glitch in the site I cannot order anything due to the site continuing to glitch in and out of the page I’m on and I cannot connect support due to this issue. The page will not stay on a selected on an item it will move top to bottom back to top then out of the page by itself.
Glitch
Whenever I search up an item and start scrolling it glitches and goes back to the top of the search. I can never look at what I want

We enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby stores, finding great deals and festival holiday decorations, craft supplies, greeting cards, wrapping paper and more.
Just wish shopping on the app and website were as easy to do.
Both are glitchy at best and the app is truly worthless, doesn’t matter if I’m using it on 5G or WiFi, really need to do better.

Glitches like crazy
I have never in my life, been on an app and cannot even look at the app because it It’s literally glitching every single time I move the screen horrible.
Needs work
App is buggy and prevents scrolling searching and moving pages.
App is Buggy
Hobby Lobby is a great store, however, trying to use the app is difficult. It won’t load properly, while trying to scroll, it brings you back to the top, can’t search properly and overall frustrating.
Bugs in app
This app is constantly reloading causing the page to jump back to the top every second. I am having to delete and re download the app constantly to use it on my iPhone. Just not worth the hassle.

App is glitching
I went to use the app to plan my visit and I could not because it reloaded constantly. I deleted it and reinstalled it, only for it to do the same thing. I’m deleting it again and using the website for a while, hoping it will get fixed.
Something is wrong
When I scroll down the weekly ad, it forces it back to the top. It won’t let me see the entire ad.
App is straight garbage. Had to make my first review.
App is completely useless. I can’t even navigate through the app at all. I searched something up and as I’m scrolling it keeps refreshing the page thus im not able to see and look at what I’m actually trying to search for.

Worst App Ever
This has got to be the worst app ever. Literally makes it impossible to navigate. Crashes and reloads or doesn’t load at all every few seconds. Fix it.
DOG WATER
I can’t scroll down to view items, every time I do it brings me right back to the top. I can’t view the items in my cart after I add them. And it just has over all terrible mechanics. Like it doesn’t work.
Can’t scroll through the items
This app will let you scroll through only the top two or three items before it reloads the page. The search results are just horrible. The categories in the menu are very limited. I can search using common terms for items I know with certainty they carry but I get zero results or some crazy random result. And don’t ask the stores to match the online prices because they won’t do it. Prices in the store are often higher. I know the Green family can afford a better, more functional app.

This app makes me not even want to go in the store
I love HL but the app not letting me look at products without it rebooting me to the beginning of the page, makes me not even want to shop there. It’s so irritating to not be able to see if your store has something in stock. Obviously the people who made the app have not bothered to fix anything.. it’s been doing this for months👎
