App needs help
I love how the affirm pay layer button is located in the worst spot possible, that screen is always popping up on me.
I have taken orders elsewhere when it has ticked me off too much.
For the love of god, fire your app developer and find someone new!!

Only (partly) useful outside the store
I’ve tried everything and can’t seem to make this app work inside an actual store. I have to take screenshots of coupons or item locations before I go in. And heaven forbid I want to check the price of an item I find while wandering the aisles. And searching for something outside of the store often gives you hundreds of results that aren’t even sold by Michael’s, so no coupon can even be used on them.

Never works
It won’t load stores, so I can’t even get past the beginning screen. Try to go to their website, and it won’t load. So disappointing
Terribly slow and glitchy
I don’t think I have ever successfully used this app without having to force restart it. I need to give it at least 5 minutes to load my rewards and coupons before approaching the cash register. I love Michael’s, but there have been multiple occasions where I shop online at a different store instead of dealing with this app.

Why is this app so difficult?
I love shopping at Michael’s…I wish the app wasn’t so difficult. I guess it’s a good thing for me that the app is horrible because it saves me from spending a lot of money…however, it would still be nice to be able to shop the app without it freezing every couple of seconds. It’s genuinely the worst app I have on my phone. For such a large chain, you would think they could create an app that actually works. I wanted to buy a bunch of stuff this morning for an event I’m participating in, but, I guess I’ll be shopping on Amazon instead because the Michael’s app just keeps freezing and it’s impossible to buy anything. What a shame…
