Stop taking me to store mode
Sometimes the app will randomly take me out of whatever I was doing and put me in store mode. None of the buttons even work in that mode. I tried tapping the Exit button at the bottom left and the button “Exit Store Mode” in the center of the screen and both do nothing. Matter of fact, none of the buttons do anything at all. I’ve tried tapping every single button and nothing happens. I have to force quit my app. I was trying to set up a custom print order and have had to restart 3 times now because when I’m in the middle of making my order it exits and takes me to store mode. And since that mode is chopped, I have to force quit

Business Select NOT working consistently
I paid extra for Business Select last year & like the concept of it, but it has NOT worked consistently since, even confusing the cashiers EVERY time I check out. After entering my cell # for Rewards they do NOT automatically see my ‘Depot Dollars’ to spend, & even your App loses them when I walk into the store. So, I have to do a Screen Capture BEFORE I go in to show them a picture of my Rewards. But, the biggest disappointment of PAYING for a Premium service is that it’s MUCH slower to show me my $30 Reward for turning in 10 used print cartridges EVERY month while spending at least $10 each month as well. It’s the ONLY reason I come into your store at all. My husband is a Pastor & church helps me collect the cartridges to help pay for church supplies. Before, it was great with the Rewards showing up even a day after dropping off cartridges, but now I have to check your app daily, even up to a month after, IF at all! Your store has had to credit me for those after I have to save, show & explain my receipts. Your employees are usually just as confused as I am based on what they see on their cash register. I’m close to asking for my Business Select annual fee back, but hope you can fix it before then.

Can Office Depot please stop with all of the nonstop app updates? I can remember when you only received an update notification once a year. Now, you get them almost every dang month. It’s such a nuisance when all I’m trying to do is buy products from Office Depot. This is not the only app that does it and I’ve complained to those corporations as well.
