How is a major chain store’s app so bad?
Literally it crashes all of the time. Now I can’t log in bc when I do it just sits there & spins. It’s up to date (I checked) it’s just a crummy app. I’d legit spend more money if your app made it easier to shop
Crashes constantly
When the app works, I can find whatever I need pretty easily. But the app does not seem to be able to handle loading more than a few listings to a page.
Fine but irritating
So tired of constantly being logged out of the app. It glitches and struggles to let me back in every time and is particularly painful when I’m trying to check out in store and I can’t just have it open and ready like every other shopping app.
Changing a Password
This has to be the worst process I’ve ever been through in my entire life. An event that took me less than 3-5 minutes on every other app I’ve been on today has so far taken me 45 minutes on Michaels. And I’m not even done. I had to take a break out of frustration.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I don’t have multiple accounts. I have one. I only want to change my email address. Simple. I can sign in on the website, just not the app.

Fix your promos to work
The app could be useful if the promos actually applied correctly. No point in coupons if they don’t work, or apply to virtually no items in the store. Or if the chat remembered your session so that if you have to switch apps for 2 seconds and you get kicked, you don’t lose your chat.
Suffice it to say my last session, which should have ended in me placing a decent sized order, ended with me not being able to order anything.

If it works, it’s good
The app is slow & half the time stops working. It’s really unreliable & annoying to do any kind of shopping. Want to filter your search, it has to think first & maybe it won’t freeze on you. Really need to update the app to have it actually work
Stopped working
The app stopped letting me sign in days ago and I shop at Michael’s frequently so it’s a huge inconvenience

I can’t even input my location (even tho I have given access to the app for that). I keep getting error message saying can’t locate stores near me…and I haven’t even put in anything!

Worst ever
Worst ever!! Cannot get past the error of no store can be found try again later!! Just as bad as the website!! Nothing works, overpriced and now will no not be going to there
App is a mess…
Constantly signs you out, then won’t let you sign back in. When you switch between apps it either doubles what you have in your cart or just erase them completely. Like come on. Please fix the app. It’s an embarrassment at this point.
Unable to add payment
My last card expired so I’m trying to add my new card and once I add all the information the submit button remains gray. It won’t tap. I restarted the app twice and checked my card information many times and I still cannot submit my new payment. So I guess I won’t be placing my order.
Reduced functionality
Both the app and the website no longer tell you where to locate in-stock items in the store. A 1 star rating might seem overly harsh for this, but those were useful features that were removed, actively making the shopping experience worse.

thank you for fixing the maps, but I have a problem with pulling up a when I click on it won’t show up which aisle of items in and it won’t just show which they in can you fix it?
I always have crashes with my iPad and now my iPhone
While using the app on my iPad it crashes, doesn’t allow me to navigate my orders and is just unreliable. While using the app on my iPhone it used to work fine, but now it just shows the reload circle just opening the app. I can only imagine the constant work required to keep up with the endless Apple bug fixes. Lord bless you guys for the hard work you put into it.

No aisle location anymore?
Why can I no longer see the aisle in which a product can be found at my selected store? This helpful feature has disappeared, and it makes the app just slightly more than useless. The AI model is even worse- it gave me an aisle for the product… on the other side of the store. How very disappointing.

I have a problem with pulling up a map when I click on it it won’t show up aisle of items in and it won’t just show which Io they’re in can you fix it?

Updated the app today and it continuously crashes after I search for items. Please fix and thoroughly test updates.
Buggy
Has this app been tested before releasing the updates! I'm using iPad, and tried to check something in my account, the screen layout was so screwed that I just couldn't find the contents I was looking for!
Also, when I tried to write a review for an item I purchased at the local Michaels store using my membership a few days ago, it says I could not write a review unless I purchased this item. Does it make sense?
