Very slow at the counter long waiting times for service
Faffy app… service alone
Not enough staff … or people who knew what they were doing, apart from that love it here, just wish that the staff in the bar and restaurant were more proactive. A little bit more organisation would make it perfect. Reception, booking and accommodation spot on.
Stopped working
Suddenly stopped working while at hoburne park. Deleted and re downloaded several times but nothing. Think it’s had an update, which hasn’t worked!

Wi-Fi and Network Issues
It’s great having an app but it took me over 20 minutes to a signal to be able to use the app.

Try ordering food and the app says everything is closed dispute everything being open. Waste of time

Easter break
First time at hoburne. Shall not return. Entertainment is shocking. Really embarrassing. There’s not enough rooms or people to sit, parents are stood in the doorway. They move dis to the lounge as not enough people for the venue but everyone’s having to sit on the floor as there are no seats.
Entertainment is just rubbish. Spent 20 mins with Eloise playing the “crisp game” where kids dance as a human hoop, quaver. It was laughable.
Smuggles has come out 3 nights out of 5…. What a way to mix it up.
Effort is pretty much zero.
Got to lounge 6om when entertainment starts at 6, still cases of booze by the bar which is not even open.
Food packets and staff rubbish on the bar from the morning (we went to morning stay and play which lasted 15 mins….)
Really awful entertainment and set up.
The place itself is clean and well kept but service is absolutely shocking and we won’t come again.

Don’t bother
Ordered a Latte 32 minutes ago on the app, still hasn’t arrived. Asked staff twice, STILL NO LATTE

The pool was very busy. The swimming lessons take up too much of the pool.

Items showing as available were unavailable at checkout and when food was collected we had to look for the collection point and the person at the bar seemed surprised that the app would not let us order things that were available plus the drinks we ordered were not available.

Hoburne Bashley
The app is very easy to use and set up. The only drawback is that if you are in the Venue, you can order a main meal from the bar but not the app. I think this app is surprisingly well thought out.
Devon bay non-existent
We are currently staying in Devon bay and the app doesn’t actually recognise it. It only recognises Naish, hoburne park in Christchurch and bashley new forest.

App is poor most activities you cannot book on the app and you can't leave any comments of fully customise meal such as removing salad ect off meal items. Need a revamp!
Bad service
Sat for 3/4 hour struggling with the app not one member came over too us very disappointed I know things are difficult but when staff are stood doing nothing very disappointed and others complaining as well
Awful selection
No menu options available. All options were cancelled and the menu was limited anyway. Had to order 3 scampi and chips as that was the only option available. Not good.
