Was sat at table 377 and app only goes up to 372. That was only after the app actually started working

Very slow
Took over 45 minutes for drinks to come. Bar was quiet but we thought we’d try Bserve as it was encouraged by the DJ. Could have got it ourselves so much quicker.. children complaining about being thirsty.

Premium price food and an app to order… no personal touch or making the magic happen for the kids, service is so important, I know why you have done it, looks like your up with technology but actually a huge cost saving maximising profit for you.
