Terrible pricing and food
We had a work lunch in the London Victoria branch. Pizza was very chewy and frankly tasteless. Their prices are so overinflated (£18.95 for a pizza!!!) as you need to download this app to then het a QR code that would bring the price to what it should be at the first place! Terrible system that the staff doesn’t seem to know how to use either. It took 30mins to pay the bill and the manager was so unimpressed and unwilling to help her staff. Terrible

Scanner at Restaurant faulty
The scanner could not read my Check In To Earn Rewards QR Code so the visit does not appear in the My Activity part of the app so still on Bronze Tier. Haven’t visited since so don’t know if it will happen again. Customer Services slow to respond and still not sorted nearly two weeks later. Par for the course I suppose.
