Options missing
The app caused huge delays to our order being processed and correct. There’s no option to BYO toppings on the big kids pizza or customise the item. None of the pricing shows discounts clearly until you checkout

Wanted to say what exceptional service we received this evening. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and made our visit very enjoyable. She’s a credit to the team.

We didn’t have a booking and they accommodated us .. food and service was excellent from Mr X and Paul who were so warm and friendly .. they assisted us with the app offers we wanted to use .. nothing was too much

No idea what functionality was worth excluding so many people from using your app. An extremely poor business decision.
Won’t support on my device
I’ve got an older phone & since the last update where they introduce children eat “free” subscription it won’t let me update so I can now no longer use it at all!!!!

Great meal, service and experience
We popped into Prezzo Northampton before going to the panto. Downloaded the app after we had ordered, we took advantage of the free doughnut ball dessert, then paid the tab on the app. So convenient, and I’m impressed with the way we can settle the bill.

Birthday meal took 40 mins for starters and mains was just over an hour in total wait, pasta was too spicy couldn’t eat it all in all was a massive let down and missed the film we was going to see

Easy to pay via app
Just ordered via waitress but was able to pay using the app. Found it very simple and quick. Useful when you need to leave. Option to tip via app but left cash on table.
