I’ve tried multiple times on two different devices, app says it’s sent a code to my email address but nothing arrives to inbox or junk folder.

Missing location
Croydon Purley way location isn’t on the map and can’t be selected for offers, also means that you can’t order through the app and get perks
Unable to sign up
Tried downloading the app, you type in your email address and you are supposed to get a code sent to your email address. Nothing appears. Mentioned it at the restaurant and they said “oh it should work”. Well it isn’t and turns out Bella restaurants do not care. Oh and the “contact us” form has the same issues. As does asking for vouchers on the website. Seems like an over all communication issue.
