Missing location
Croydon Purley way location isn’t on the map and can’t be selected for offers, also means that you can’t order through the app and get perks
Unable to sign up
Tried downloading the app, you type in your email address and you are supposed to get a code sent to your email address. Nothing appears. Mentioned it at the restaurant and they said “oh it should work”. Well it isn’t and turns out Bella restaurants do not care. Oh and the “contact us” form has the same issues. As does asking for vouchers on the website. Seems like an over all communication issue.

Tried three times to register but confirmation email never received and, yes, I have checked my junk email 😡
Useless App
I have a notification but when I open the app, nothing is there. I’ve refreshed the app, restarted my phone but makes no difference. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and again, makes no difference.
No code
A total pain. No not in trash. How difficult is it to get this right? Plus we are all booked in for tomorrow. Big table in London. Seriously considering changing

Deleted, never got to use welcome voucher and app hasn’t successfully launched for a while. Stuck on logo launch screen.

The app doesn’t work I go on the app and it’s stuck on “Bella Italia” screen. Love the food Hense why I haven’t put a 1 star but the app is broke

Lost password not working
I have been registered for several years but I forgot my password so I use the forgot my password I receive a message from the app saying email to reset is being sent but no reset arrives not even in junk folder I also tried using same email address to register but am told address already in use so I am still there but not wanted
