The most frustrating and complicated app to set up! Sent me all around the houses, with logging me in and out. And sending me back and forth to my bank app!!

Why offer Apple Pay when it doesn’t work.
Offers Apple Pay and then tells you that Apple Pay isn’t available?!
Takes way too long to order, offered Apple Pay as a payment method but then said it wasn’t available, then the app froze and I had to do it all over again

Really needs Apple Pay to be enabled. Apart from this, really easy and beats the ques.

Took over 30 minutes to get working no proper instructions. Worked last year and randomly stopped working tried alsorts staff not trained on app and unable to help!

Took over 45 minutes for drinks to come. Bar was quiet but we thought we’d try Bserve as it was encouraged by the DJ. Could have got it ourselves so much quicker.. children complaining about being thirsty.

Premium price food and an app to order… no personal touch or making the magic happen for the kids, service is so important, I know why you have done it, looks like your up with technology but actually a huge cost saving maximising profit for you.

I’d rate five for the app but the fact there’s no table numbers and I now probably won’t have my drinks is just rubbish
Easy option!
Ordering through this app makes things so much easier, especially when having to supervise young children or busy enjoying the live shows! Highly recommend
