Very slow
Took over 45 minutes for drinks to come. Bar was quiet but we thought we’d try Bserve as it was encouraged by the DJ. Could have got it ourselves so much quicker.. children complaining about being thirsty.

Premium price food and an app to order… no personal touch or making the magic happen for the kids, service is so important, I know why you have done it, looks like your up with technology but actually a huge cost saving maximising profit for you.
No table numbers for app
I’d rate five for the app but the fact there’s no table numbers and I now probably won’t have my drinks is just rubbish
Easy option!
Ordering through this app makes things so much easier, especially when having to supervise young children or busy enjoying the live shows! Highly recommend

Awful service, Butlins don’t help with inability and tried to given off to contact their provider.
Remember when people used to greet you and take your order and look after you throughout

App doesn’t always work which is frustrating when you want a drink during a show
Difficult to modify food order
App was easy enough to use but difficult to modify food order! Adding price on things that were included on the menu

First of all, whatever happened to people actually doing jobs they’re hired for? Since when did everything get outsourced to useless apps no one wants? There are plenty of people desperate for a job so don’t tell me you can’t find the help. Been sitting here forever watching person after person getting served, realising mine is most likely not even on its way.

The app crashed 3 times before I could order.
Order as a guest
Ordering was easy until it came to pay. It would not let you pay as a guest. I had to log out & create an account!! Why???
No password reset
Truly frustrating. Password expired. Password reset requested. Takes you back to the app. Completely doesn’t allow you to reset. Repeat. Two years of this.
Don’t bother!
Forgot my login details. Every time I hit forgot password it send a a link which loops back round to the login page!

Unable to add discounts
It doesn’t matter how many times I try and add my caravan owner discount, the app errors with a Z705 code and force quits.
