This game is amazing I’ve literally been playing since there first one HLM20 I never thought any game would make me actually buy the pro version but this game is actually worth it there is so much that get and it’s so fun! But the one problem it has is that every year at the deadline it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll not load or crash. Please fix this it’s almost unplayable

This is honestly the best hockey game I have ever played, I’m only still playing this one because I bought the pro and don’t wanna buy the new one yet but this game is great.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Game!!
I’ve downloaded every HLM game since HLM19 I wanna say they get better every single year. The new features are amazing! The only thing I would say is to add a waiver to NMC and NTC. Maybe have it be randomized so they don’t say yes every time and make it so you can only ask them to waive once a year. I find it hard to be able to rebuild or contend when you have a bad contract or star player you wanna trade for futures when you’re not allowed to trade the player. Other than that the game is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this to EVERY hockey fan. Easily the best mobile game of all time!!

Amazing!
I don’t write many reviews, but this game is so fun I just had to! If you still play EA NHL and love Dynasty/Franchise mode, this is a deeper version of that with the only major difference being that you can’t actually play the games and it is a full simulation. You can watch the sim games if you choose. If you like playing as a GM (trades, scouting, staffing, statistics) this game is a must and absolutely pay for the upgraded version. It is worth it!

Honestly can’t say enough about this app. It’s like the EA gm mode but for my phone, super in depth and attention to detail if you love random stats in your world.
Can’t play past a certain year
In theory this is the perfect game and I’d gladly pay for it year after year.
But as numerous other reviews have said, it freezes and doesn’t let you past March 1 of one of your first seasons. So there’s no way to play more than a few years and you have to start over. Basically makes the game unplayable unfortunately.

Love the game but…
I have been playing this game for quite some time and I’ll say that I am addicted. But the game constantly freezes whenever you save, complete the free agency period or trade deadline. It causes the game to restart from the previous save point. I’ve had to restart over 20 seasons because of this. It has been beyond frustrating.

Great but little issues
Love the idea but I think it should be like football manager 24 were you can actually watch your games even if it’s low quality and free agency is messed up and I think salary cap could use some work with salaries and stuff
Older versions are better
This game was more fun before they added in the medical staff. I wanna build hockey teams, not worry about who’s fixing the broke ankle. It’s not even worth paying. I prefer older versions of the game honestly. This game is the definition of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Crashes
I’ve been playing this game for the last 3 years and buying pro. recently i’ve run into an issue where the game will not go past the trade deadline around 2-3 years into a sim.
Worth getting Pro
Man, I can’t even lie in a lot of ways this game is better than EA if you just like to RP be a GM.
Little things like position lock on the lineup screen are so convenient I find myself missing it when I play on my Xbox.
I haven’t even played with the PRO options yet but the work that’s been put into this really shows.

Amazing
This game is amazing and should make EA pee themselves, the only drawback is that some really cool features have a paywall.
Fun but frustrating
I’ve played HLM for a few years now and generally enjoy it. 2024 has been rough, largely due to the amount of injuries to players. It’s gotten to the point where I’m down 5+ guys at a time and it’s just annoying. Also, don’t bother with UFA; there’s never anyone good there.
