Might be able to convert it back to fiat but who wants to do that in today’s market? A month ago one of the developers said this send/receive function was “coming very soon” but it still has not been updated. I may just have to sell my crypto back and take the fiat out to get my money back. Very disappointed not a good design at all!! Not ready for market!

Can’t log in
Just down loaded this app and created an account and it wants a code that it’s not sending me so can’t verify my email. No I can login but I can’t get past the verify page so I know my information is correct just can’t get any further complete waste of time

Garbage - Save Your Time and Money
This app is garbage. I’ve been hopefully optimistic about it and have been using it for months. You can only BUY a few select crypto’s and have NO WAY of exchanging them or sending them to another wallet. You can only buy, or sell “said crypto.” Interpreted, they don’t have these crypto’s; YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY OWN THE CRYPTO. They are selling air. Go to CoinBase to make your crypto purchases. I would trust PayPal over this.

Still haven’t received my withdrawal
I really hate writing this. I was really looking forward to this app. Signed up set everything bought a little bit of etherium for a start then was really hoping to use the roundup feature but after 3 months never got a roundup. So I decided to withdraw what I had invested. Get a text an it said 3 to 5 days. It’s now been over a month I have emailed them first response I received takes 3 to 5 days I replied it’s been over 7 days to no response. So I emailed again an had a monthly charge of 4 dollars a month totaled up to 12 dollars they refunded that went strait to my bank account an was told it was sent to a engineer to find out where the 117 an some change was haven’t heard from them since. So I emailed again an haven’t received a reply for 3 days so I can’t recommend the app an customer service is becoming a joke.

Bad app, hidden charges
Steer clear of this app. There are numerous hidden charges. Also, you can’t remove your crypto from their wallet. Customer service is terrible. I have tried repeatedly to fix these problems, but have been lied to and ignored. Very disappointed. There are much better crypto exchanges/wallets out there.

We are sorry for your poor experience. No hidden fees. Our buy and sell fees are $1 for any buy or under $100 and 1% for anything greater than or equal to $100

I’m not happy about the fact that it takes 6- 10 days to process anything whether it’s selling or the round up auto pilot parts.

Glad I finally downloaded
So I always wait to download apps till they have been tested and true. I have been hearing the hype on this app for nearly 2 years. The first reviews that came in were a bit testy and left me scared. So I decided to wait a couple more months before I decided to download. The onboarding was fairly easy ..... as easy as any I suppose. However, once I got into the app I was blown away. It felt like I had been using the app for the past 10yrs—so easy to use!!! The fees are better than coinbase and have more coin options. Glad I finally downloaded! On a side note— finally an auto-pilot with a calendar for accurately withdrawing funds.

They will charge you $4 a month if you sign up but don’t use the service. Be weary
They have since refunded me the charge and been helpful in closing my account, so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Real Problems
I was really looking forward to this app, waited about 12 months. And now it here and it won’t even let me get pass the first page.... email and password and phone number? Keeps saying error and I have a capital letter and number and special sign and it still tells me error message?? And I also have waited 2 or more weeks before I tried again and still doing the same thing. Very frustrating with no customer service to get in contact with?? But say they have live contact customer service but no way getting a hold of nobody?? Please fix this, seems like it would be an awesome app once it up and running correctly. Thanks in advance.

Love the round up
Took a few try’s to link my bank acct however once I was finally in I was excited how easy it was to use and finally a reliable app to round my purchases into crypto.

This has a problem verifying my address and I don’t see how to get ahold of them. It’s a nice idea, but I don’t have to put all of the personal information in just to buy from a ledger device
Update- I just have a non-certifiable address as USPS doesn’t deliver mail in my area, once I put in my po box it runs just fine.

Love it!
Have been waiting for this to launch for 12 months! They definitely delivered. I really like the round up feature where it rounds up every debit card purchase to the nearest dollar and buys crypto with it. Great way to start building a portfolio and not even notice the money coming out.
