Was trying to sell some btc but the app just doesn’t send out any coins. What’s the point of using a wallet that doesn’t work when you need it to?

Monarch Wallet

Monarch Wallet hasn’t worked for a few days now. Highly unusual because the wallet has worked without problems the last few years now. The current app is downloaded to the phone. Rug Pull?

Update: The Monarch Wallet is now working. It was a temporary issue after updating the app problem solved.

Can’t send coins/No support

I’ve sent multiple emails/tickets to let them know that coins aren’t displaying on my wallet yet the balance on the blockchain is correct. Very short response telling me they will let their techs know, but there was never a solution. Didn’t answer any of my questions either. And I still can’t send coins!! Find another wallet!
