Glitchy and doesn’t work when it needs to
Was trying to sell some btc but the app just doesn’t send out any coins. What’s the point of using a wallet that doesn’t work when you need it to?

Monarch Wallet hasn’t worked for a few days now. Highly unusual because the wallet has worked without problems the last few years now. The current app is downloaded to the phone. Rug Pull?

Can’t send coins/No support
I’ve sent multiple emails/tickets to let them know that coins aren’t displaying on my wallet yet the balance on the blockchain is correct. Very short response telling me they will let their techs know, but there was never a solution. Didn’t answer any of my questions either. And I still can’t send coins!! Find another wallet!

CANNOT MOVE TOKENS + NO SUPPORT
I have made multiple send attempts to exchanges in the last few days with multiple tokens from the Monarch Wallet, but the coins are NOT being sent. A prompt on the screen will say “sent successful,” yet the coins do not move. I went to the Monarch Wallet support site to submit a ticket. However, when attempting to submit a ticket, it just keeping saying “Captcha verification failed, try again!” Are you kidding me!? In the current market circumstances, and I cannot even move my coins or receive support????

CANNOT SEND OUT
My ETH is stuck and I’ve been trying to send it to my exchange wallet for days. WHAT IS UP?
Great app
Love the app and the customer service is top notch. I had minor issue with sending but I think it was a minor bug. All is good now, and the customer service actually responded to me. Not like all them other wallets that just push you aside and ignore you. Only thing I would change is, after setting up your wallet and WRITING DOWN YOUR SEED, the seed should be deleted from the settings. Just another layer of security. Write them down and put it in a safe.

Fantastic App!!
Been using the app as my daily Crypto wallet for years. Overall, it’s been constantly updated; added all sorts of great services, and now with Apple Pay, I can have crypto bought and put in my wallet in minutes!! Really great app, definitely recommend!
Can buy but can’t sell!
I have accumulated so much interest off of this site because I can’t find a way to purchase anything or sell my currency. A complete rip-off! I don’t recommend this app unless you know how to sell bitcoin.

If you have any issues, good luck!! Customer service does not reply to your inquiries. I’ve tried and tried and tried to extra hard these guys only to get nothing. I’ve even reached out to the YouTube page.... nothing!!
Unable to contact support
I’ll change this rating once this gets resolved, but as it stands I cannot deposit btc into an interest account ( even though it has been approved) and I cannot get any support. I get errors when trying to deposit btc, and I get errors when I try to contact support.

The fact that after writing down your seed there’s an option to have it emailed to you should be a huge red flag for anyone downloading the app.

The monarch wallet has great features and pretty good customer service. I’ve had some issues with the functionality of the wallet like selling and buying my crypto.
Overall it’s seems to be a good wallet if everything works like it’s intended to. I’m since moved to another wallet because the Monarch had some kinks in it that I felt could use some improvements. Seems a bit over marketed by certain YouTubers.

Can’t send or receive
I can’t even send $20 of btc saying there’s an error validating my transaction

Can’t even start one purchase of Bitcoin. It says that my SSN number is invalid. Sent request for custom support. They emailed me requesting a screenshot. Sent that and no reply since. Zero customer service. Bull-poop

Crashes every time I try to select %Earn
I deposited my ether and btc in hopes of opting into their interest program but it keeps crashing every time I select %earn. Waiting for reply from developers

I just read all of these reviews and many are repeats and many have almost the same wording in them with different names on the review! This is extremely alarming and I’m thinking about moving my crypto immediately!
